Monday -Thursday 12-2pm

Stop by, bring a lunch and enjoy some social time at this FREE, unfacilitated group.  Our space is yours for 2 hours.  Make new connections, access the resources at Birth Roots and enjoy being out of the house in our baby friendly space. 

Tuesdays and Thursdays between 12 and 1 (after Blossoming Newborns classes) tend to draw the biggest crowd!

Get the support, guidance and information you need to stay grounded and sane as you work to solve breastfeeding and sleep challenges.  This FREE group is facilitated by Jen Fisher, CLC and Bettina Pearson, RN, BSN, IBCLC and is open to all moms.  No registration necessary - just come on by.
